CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours after placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please send us a message on the Contact Us page. After 24 hours, order are processed and can no longer be cancelled. Please note, a 6% processing fee is deducted from all cancellations.

 

REFUNS & DEFECTIVE AND DEMAGED PRODUCTS
Due to COVID-19, our return policies are more strict and we are no longer accepting returns. If your product is defective or damaged, please check our 30-day and 90-day warranty policies below. 

The Rejuve Skin ™ Device is covered by our 30-day and 90-day warranty. If your Rejuve Anti Aging Gel™ was damaged during shipping, please check our 30-Day Warranty policy below. The Rejuve Anti Aging Gel™ is only covered by our 30-Day Warranty if the product is damaged.  

 

30-Day Warranty
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us thought the Contact Us page within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide us with a video showing what the issue is and we’ll gladly send you a replacement unit or issue a full refund. Please note, the return of the defective or damaged device is not necessary.

 

90-Day Warranty
The Rejuve Skin ™ Device is covered by our 90-day warranty. If your product is defective, please contact us thought the Contact Us page within 90 days from receiving your order.
